Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agentic Wallet website, documentation, or open-source protocol software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol or this website. These terms apply to all users, developers, and autonomous agents interacting with the Agentic Wallet protocol.

Description of Protocol

Agentic Wallet is an open-source, non-custodial on-chain treasury protocol deployed on the Solana blockchain. It enables the registration of autonomous AI agents, the enforcement of spending policies, and the execution of x402 payments — all governed by on-chain Solana programs. We do not operate servers that process transactions or hold user funds.

Eligibility

• Age — You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this protocol.
• Jurisdiction — You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The protocol is not available to persons in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited.
• Sanctions — You must not be on any government sanctions list. Use of the protocol by sanctioned individuals or entities is strictly prohibited.

Non-Custodial Nature

Agentic Wallet is strictly non-custodial. We have no ability to access, freeze, reverse, or recover your funds or private keys. All on-chain actions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and the configuration of your agent policies. Lost keys cannot be recovered.

Risk Disclosure

• Smart contract risk — On-chain programs may contain bugs. While we conduct audits, no software is guaranteed to be free of vulnerabilities. Use the protocol at your own risk.
• Autonomous agent risk — AI agents operating with on-chain spending authority may behave in unexpected ways. You are responsible for setting and monitoring appropriate policy limits.
• Market risk — Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Treasury balances denominated in SOL or other tokens may lose value.
• Regulatory risk — The regulatory landscape for blockchain protocols and AI agents is evolving. Future regulation may affect your ability to use the protocol.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activity — Using the protocol to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Sanctions evasion — Using the protocol to circumvent economic sanctions or export controls.
• Market manipulation — Using autonomous agents to manipulate on-chain markets or exploit other users.
• Abuse of infrastructure — Spamming RPC nodes, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise degrading shared infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The Agentic Wallet protocol is open-source software. The core contracts and SDK are released under the MIT License. The Agentic Wallet name, logo, and website design are proprietary. You may not use our branding without written permission. Contributions to the open-source repositories are subject to the repository's contributor license agreement.

THE PROTOCOL, WEBSITE, AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY OF DOCUMENTATION, OR FITNESS OF THE PROTOCOL FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE CASE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC WALLET AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PROTOCOL.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced via our X account. Your continued use of the protocol or website after changes constitutes acceptance. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the protocol shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
