Overview

Agentic Wallet is a non-custodial, on-chain treasury protocol for autonomous AI agents. We do not hold your funds, keys, or personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect when you interact with our website and documentation, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• On-chain data — All transactions, wallet addresses, agent registrations, and spending policies are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is public by nature and not collected by us — it exists independently on a decentralised ledger.
• Website analytics — We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, referrer, device type) through privacy-respecting analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
• Contact information — If you reach out to us via email or social media, we retain only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry.

No Custody, No KYC

Agentic Wallet is a fully non-custodial protocol. We never hold private keys, seed phrases, or funds on your behalf. We do not require identity verification (KYC) to use the protocol. Your wallet address is your identity on-chain, and we have no ability to freeze, reverse, or access your funds.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g. theme preference, session state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core website functionality.

Third-Party Services

• Solana RPC providers — Blockchain reads and writes are routed through Solana RPC endpoints. These providers may log request metadata per their own privacy policies.
• GitHub — Our open-source code is hosted on GitHub. Interactions with our repositories are governed by GitHub's Privacy Policy.
• X (Twitter) — Links to our X profile are provided for convenience. Interactions on X are governed by X's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain contact inquiry data for no longer than 90 days unless required by law. Anonymous analytics data may be retained in aggregated form indefinitely. On-chain data is permanent and beyond our control — this is a fundamental property of blockchain technology.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal personal data, most requests will be fulfilled immediately. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@agenticwallet.xyz.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the protocol evolves. Material changes will be announced via our X account. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
